Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent to take up                                                                    
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 26 Commending the                                                                               
State of Israel for its cordial and mutually beneficial relationship with                                                       
the United States and Alaska; and supporting the right of the State of                                                          
Israel to self-governance and self-defense, which had been held on the                                                          
Secretary's desk (page 2296). Without objection, the resolution was                                                             
read the second time and before the Senate on final passage.                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                      
resolution be held to the April 8 calendar. Without objection, it was so                                                        
ordered.
